You’ll be part of a new team of diverse product managers embarking on a new and exciting career pathway in a fast paced and evolving profession.

As a product manager you will support different teams across the organisation to ensure the right products are created at the right time. You’ll lead your product team to prioritise and solve customer and organisation problems within strategic priorities set by senior product leaders. You will be the voice of the customer translating priorities into team-level work, managing scope and tracking post-launch performance insights to adjust direction. You will understand why users use their product and identify enhancements that increase value for customers and viability for the organisation.

You’ll gain a unique perspective of our business, working closely with a broad range of teams to proactively enable the delivery of our organisation’s vision.

Putting your skills to use

Using your diverse range of skills within the delivery team, you will:

  • Own the product vision and strategy for your area.
  • Align multiple teams around shared outcomes, making deliberate trade-offs to focus on what matters most.
  • Represent product direction with confidence in leadership discussions, bringing forward risks, insights and opportunities.
  • Translate organisational goals into clear product strategies.
  • Lead and coordinate discovery across teams, ensuring strategic customer problems and opportunities are prioritised.
  • Create clarity by sequencing investment and resolving trade-offs.
  • Create an environment for experimentation and coach/mentor product managers to frame opportunities and validate solutions.
  • Communicate strategic insights and value delivery to product stakeholders and seniors.
  • Oversee execution across multiple products, guiding teams through trade-offs and risks. Ensure delivery is tied to outcomes, not just outputs, and align team-level work to business goals, communicating value delivered.

Person specification

More about you

To apply for this role, you will already have:

  • Experience of helping to set direction and priorities that align with business objectives, contributing to clear business outcomes and value.
  • Experience of working with customers to understand their needs and problems and communicating insights to stakeholders.
  • Experience of collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand customer problems and develop solutions.
  • Experience of managing initiatives through their lifecycle, defining success metrics and using data to inform decision making.

It would be beneficial if you also have one of the following (although these are not essential):

  • Product management experience.
  • The ability to explain priorities clearly so others understand why we are doing what we are doing.
  • Experience of using evidence, both data and anecdote, to shape decisions and test assumptions.
