Job description

As a Programme Manager in Project Delivery and Business Change, you will:

  • Oversee a strategic programme that brings together multiple projects to deliver business change across CQC.
  • Ensure future readiness for challenges.
  • Specifically, you will lead the design and delivery of a programme that will transform our ways of working to deliver an efficient and effective Operating Model.
  • You will lead the alignment of processes, organisational structures, IT systems, and data architecture to ensure we better understand our operating model and can make informed and controlled changes to it in the future.

Person specification

We will be looking for specific skills, knowledge and experience in your application form:

  • Experience of delivering large-scale programmes that include business change and organisational design.
  • Experience of architectural design principles with a specific focus on business architecture.
  • Ability to apply programme and project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile) in varied and complex contexts.
  • Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and managing competing priorities to achieve successful outcomes.
