Are you an experienced programme leader ready to shape the future of housing services? We’re seeking a strategic and dynamic Programme Manager to deliver our new MRI Integrated Housing Management System — a transformational project supporting all housing operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the successful delivery of the programme.
- Lead and co-ordinate multiple workstreams (project management, data migration, technical integration, business change, training, testing, go-live readiness).
- Ensure the digital platform supports our housing operations, enhances customer experience, and meets all regulatory requirements.
- Align programme delivery with corporate priorities, governance standards, and transformation objectives.
- Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels to drive successful business change.
About you:
- Significant experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary programmes—ideally within housing, local government, or digital transformation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record of delivering digital platform programmes to time, cost, and quality standards.
- Experience with data migration, technical integration, and business change.
