The Governing Body of Meadowside School wish to appoint a full time Specialist Classroom Teacher with a TLR for Progress and Achievement Lead. This is a permanent contract to start on 1st September 2026, or earlier if possible.
This is a school for approximately 110 pupils aged from 11 to 19 whose needs range from moderate learning difficulties through to severe and complex needs with related disabilities and health problems.
As a Specialist Classroom Teacher, you will have experience of working with pupils with moderate and/or severe learning difficulties and complex and challenging behaviour.
In your middle leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring that pupils across all curriculum pathways make secure and sustained progress in their learning, using a refined, evidence-based approach to evaluating achievement.

The post requires an enhanced DBS check.
