We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of the Block Hierarchy Project. Working closely with our third-party contractor, Fairthorn Farrell Timms (FFT), you’ll play a key role in coordinating survey activities, managing data validation processes, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external partners. This is a dynamic role where you’ll act as the first point of contact for survey supervisors, resolve operational issues quickly, and maintain accurate project documentation. Your ability to manage multiple priorities and build strong stakeholder relationships will be essential in keeping the project on track.

What you’ll do

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll schedule and coordinate site visits, liaise with FFT and internal teams, and provide hands-on support for on-site data collection. You’ll monitor incoming data for accuracy, manage validation processes, and maintain clear logs of issues and resolutions. You’ll capture meeting minutes, track actions, and ensure timely communication across stakeholders. You’ll also help identify risks, support compliance with health and safety standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Your role will be central to ensuring the project runs efficiently and delivers high-quality outcomes. You will be required to travel across Peabody sites to support on-site data collection and coordination and attend office days.

What you’ll need

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in engaging internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Experience in coordinating field activities or survey operations and managing data accurately.
  • Understanding of Health & Safety requirements and relevant housing legislation.
