Peabody is delivering one of London’s most ambitious regeneration schemes at the former Holloway Prison site. This mixed-use development will transform the area with over 1,000 new homes, community spaces, and public realm improvements. The first phase—comprising over 400 apartments—is currently under construction and due for completion in April 2028. Two further phases, delivering more than 650 additional homes, will commence in January 2028.

This landmark development has been procured by Peabody through construction management, requiring the successful candidate to be able to demonstrate exceptional leadership and coordination across multiple stakeholders, contractors, and phases.

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the development process, ensuring the successful delivery of each phase on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This is a unique opportunity to shape outstanding new homes, while influencing the organisation’s future development approach.

  • Proven track record in delivering large-scale, multi-phase residential or mixed-use developments
  • Experience in construction management delivery models or similar
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Demonstrable ability to manage complex programmes with multiple interfaces
  • Relevant professional qualifications in construction, engineering, or project management desirable
