A thrilling opportunity has opened up for a driven and passionate Project Manager to join the ambitious and forward-thinking Caerphilly Homes Strategy and Development team. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in delivering an inspiring vision - 1,000 brand-new homes across the county borough by 2033.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, with proven experience in managing contracts, projects, and people. If you're a natural team player with energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for making a difference, we want to hear from you!
For the role, we ask that you have:
- Relevant Level 4, 5 or 6 qualification on the Credit and Qualifications Framework for Wales.
- The ability to make sound financial and technical decisions on a day to day basis.
- Experience of managing contracts.
- Full UK Category B driving license and the use of a motor vehicle insured for business / work purposes to travel throughout the borough and beyond to attend meetings with consultants / developers and visit sites.
