About the role
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and deliver high-impact projects across the system. This is a unique opportunity to work on complex, multi-faceted projects that influence strategic decision-making and improve outcomes for residents.
You will join an adaptable team with a diverse portfolio, including:

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and delivering projects that shape the future of integrated care, working closely with senior stakeholders across health and social care systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects within the Integrated Care Programme Team.
- Maintain robust project documentation, track progress, and report on milestones.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and secure buy-in.
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across complex programmes.
- Provide clear advice and guidance to support decision-making in multi-organisational environments.
About you
We are looking for a dynamic, strategic thinker with strong project management skills and the ability to influence, motivate, and inspire colleagues across health and social care. Your work will help create a system that delivers the right care, at the right time, in the right place for individuals, families, and carers.
Essential:
- Proven experience in project coordination and delivery within complex environments.
- Understanding of health and social care systems, pathways, or integrated service models.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
- Ability to navigate cross-organisational structures and provide clear guidance.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
Desirable:
- Prince2 or equivalent project management qualification.
- Knowledge of NHS and/or Local Authority structures and governance.
- Experience working in a matrix environment across multiple teams.
