
Project Manager
3 x Project Managers - 18 month FTC - £55,000 per annum - Hybrid, 2 office days per week - Bankside, London
Here at Wandle, we are entertaining an exciting stage in our Change & Transformation journey and are looking for 3 Project Managers to join us on an 18 month FTC to support us through these changes.
You will be responsible for leading and delivering a portfolio of complex projects within this programme, working with the PMO lead to support effective change adoption across the organisation.
Key Responsibilties of the role:
- Own the delivery of projects that focus on improving outcomes for customers and make it easier for colleagues to deliver, ensuring projects are delivered to quality, time and on budget.
- Build relationships and work together with a wide range of key stakeholders, including customers, senior managers, functional leads and operational teams to deliver project benefits.
- Keep project momentum going to deliver holistic and sustainable changes that become embedded in Wandle's ways of working.
Key criteria:
- Proven delivery of complex projects in a change or transformation environment - managing end-to-end delivery of projects.
- Strong grasp of core project management disciplines (planning, risk, governance, reporting).
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders at different levels of seniority.
- Ability to manage ambiguity whilst maintaining delivery focus.
- Clear and confident communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
