Project Resident Liaision Officer - 10 month Maternity Cover - Full Time - Hybrid - £38,500 per annum

We are looking for someone to cover a maternity leave for the role of Project RLO here at Wandle.

The Project RLO assists in the efficient running of the contracts projects and programmes, setting up, undertaking, and managing the Resident Liaison Service across multiple contracts/projects.

You will be doing:

  • You will act as the first point of call for Wandle Residents receiving planned investment works, offering information, advice, and assistance to residents whilst major works are being carried out to their homes.
  • Liaise with all key stakeholders to ensure communication is up to date and correct for our residents.
  • Take an active role in developing, agreeing, and managing the residents' consultation plan for individual contracts/projects.

You:

  • Significant experience of resident liaison, communications, and complaint management in a housing association (or similar) setting.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to take notes during formal meetings and transfer into professional minutes.
  • Must be able to execute significant mail merge operations.
  • Organised and logical in your approach to work.
