An exciting opportunity has arisen to be a Project Delivery Lead supporting the successful implementation of a new Housing System for the Council Housing Service. We are looking for highly skilled and motivated individuals who can support, influence and manage workflows and the project team to ensure that all tasks are monitored and strict time frames are adhered to.

You will have extensive experience of managing large projects, ideally within a housing or similar environment and be able to demonstrate your ability to use project management tools effectively. You will use ClickUp as part of this project so having previous experience of using this project management tool would be beneficial; however full training will be provided.

The successful candidates will oversee a project team and need to have excellent interpersonal skills. You will be able to influence and support a wider range of staff across the organisation.

You will need to be able to use your own initiative to problem solve, recognise when factors are negatively affecting the project and be able to present solutions to the project programme lead to bring the project back in line with agreed timeframes.

You can work on your own as well as part of a team and have excellent communication skills.

This is a temporary post until 31st July 2026, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
