Property Data Officer (Part-Time)
Location:Hemel Hempstead (Hybrid working available)
Hours: 19 hours per week - Flexible working pattern available (must include some hours on a Monday; happy to discuss at interview)

Hightown Housing Association is a charitable organisation committed to building homes and supporting people across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Berkshire. We manage over 9,000 homes and have an ambitious development programme delivering over 350 new affordable homes each year.
The Role
We are looking for a Property Data Officer to join our Business Support team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data and has strong attention to detail. You’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate property information, supporting the creation of new leases, and supporting service charge calculations across our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and audit property data across our systems
- Set up new properties and ensure accurate coding for charges
- Coordinate the creation and review of new shared ownership leases
- Support the annual service charge review process
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely data updates
About You:
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise work
- Positive, proactive approach and willingness to learn
