£28,598 - £31,022 per annum (pro rata for part time)
29.40 hours per week (4 days) up to full time (37 hours) -Fixed Term Maternity cover until January 2027

We are looking for an enthusiastic Property, Finance and Administration Officer to join our team.This is a flexible role, working up to 37 hours per week offering variety and the opportunity to develop your skills across property management, finance, and administration.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of our property and finance operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating property-related administration, including leases, maintenance schedules, and compliance documentation.
- Supporting financial processes such as invoice management, budget monitoring, and reconciliations.
- Providing general administrative support to the team, ensuring accurate records and efficient systems.
- Liaising with internal teams and external contractors to maintain high standards of service.
You’ll need strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience in property or finance administration is desirable, but we’re also keen to hear from candidates with transferable skills and a willingness to learn.
About you
The successful candidate will:
- Have some experience of working in a busy office environment role and be competent in the use of MS Office software.
- Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills
- Pride themselves on delivering excellent customer service
- Have a flexible, proactive and solutions focussed approach.
