More about your role

Reporting to the Portfolio Manager we are looking to recruit a Property Manager on an initial fixed term contract until July 2027 permanent basis.

Based on site 5 days a week at East Wick & Sweetwater Projects, E20 3AF, you will assist with the smooth operations at the development and be first point of contact for residents on site.

In addition, you will be responsible for applicant calls, evaluating enquiries, arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating and presenting offers whilst providing a flexible, professional and efficient response

More about you

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience within property / lettings,
  • A proven track record of dealing with stakeholders:
  • Expertise with IT packages with MS Office,
  • Good communication skills.

    Salary range

    • £35,000 - £45,000 per year
