Property Surveyor
Job Title: Property Surveyor
Salary: £45,000.00 per annum,
Contract Term: Permanent
Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hrs | Monday to Friday 9:00 – 17:30
Reports to: Property Services & Asset Manager

In this role you will demonstrate that Ekaya can achieve the high standards we set for ourselves and is a crucial post in ensuring that service delivery targets and resident satisfaction is achieved.
You will deliver a high quality, customer focused surveying/inspection service of planned, capital and cyclical work programmes to all properties ensuring responsive repairs and void works at properties are completed to a high standard and within dedicated budget.
As well as delivering Ekaya’s day to day repairs service, including assisting in Disrepair cases and major repairs you will manage void repairs efficiently in line with the void policy and procedure. You will carry out pre and post inspections in line with Ekaya’s inspection regime.
You will be joining the team at an exciting time of growth and will be responsible for delivering an excellent responsive customer orientated service to Ekaya residents, tenants, other service users and stakeholders.
