About Us: At Yarborough Academy, we believe that lunchtime is not just a break from lessons but an essential part of our students' day for fun, creativity, and social development. We are looking for a Pupil and Young Person Supervisor who can turn ordinary moments into extraordinary memories for our children.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan and organise engaging and inclusive activities for children during lunchtime.

· Foster a positive, energetic, and safe play environment.

· Encourage social interaction and cooperation among children.

· Monitor and ensure the well-being of all children during play.

· Collaborate with school staff to maintain a consistent and supportive play experience.

· Model restorative conversations for conflict resolution independently

What We’re Looking For:

· A creative and enthusiastic individual who can be the magic in our children's day.

· Experience working with children in a play, educational, or recreational setting.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong sense of calm and fun.

· Ability to lead and inspire children with a variety of fun activities.

· A proactive approach to safety and a strong sense of responsibility.
