We are looking to recruit a caring and enthusiastic qualified Early Years Practitioner.

Start date: ASAP

We are looking for an experienced, proactive and inspiring Early Years practitioner, who can use their initiative as well as working as part of a team to provide the best outcomes for all our children.

In St Antony’s Catholic School’s Early Years and Foundation Department, the children, the staff and our parents and families are at the heart of everything we do. You must be able to positively and purposefully interact with pupils, laugh and play, be willing to jump in muddy puddles and go outside come rain or shine!

Our EYFS Lead and team are skilful in finding opportunities to extend ideas, provide challenge and encourage curiosity. Creativity and independence is encouraged through our environment. Positive relationships with the children and families are key and we want to make every child feel welcome and special.

To be considered for this role candidates must:

• Be qualified to Level 3 in Early Years and Childcare
• Hold GCSEs (or the equivalent) in both Maths and English, grades A-C (or equivalent).
• Have a strong understanding of EYFS
• Have a genuine passion to work with children.
• Previous experience in EYFS would be an advantage.
