Delivering Quality Across Derbyshire’s Forensic Services
As our Quality and Performance Officer you’ll be part of the Quality and Compliance Unit, ensuring the quality management of our Technical Forensic Service units.
You’ll assist with the implementation of the quality management system providing continuous improvement and making sure that non-conformance is investigated and action taken.
What you’ll be doing
- Support the production, implementation, and maintenance of the quality management systems
- Manage and chair regular quality management meeting to support the accreditation and compliance
- Facilitate the recovery, analysis and reporting of comprehensive performance data relating to all activities undertaken by Derbyshire
The must haves
- Experience of working within an accredited Quality Standards Framework of hold a related qualification
- Excellent communication skills and able to deliver information to a wide range of audiences
- Able to consult effectively with various departments, managers, colleagues, and suppliers
