LB Merton, Adults Social Care staff are given opportunities attend conferences, workshops and have access to research and practice resources to support their ongoing professional development.
About the role
The Quality Assurance Lead plays a key role in strengthening practice across Adult Social Care, Integrated Care and Public Health by developing, coordinating and promoting robust quality assurance processes. The post holder supports service improvement through audit, analysis, workforce development and the dissemination of learning to help ensure high-quality practice and better outcomes for adults.
About You
We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional with a strong understanding of adult social care practice, quality assurance and workforce development. The successful candidate will be able to analyse information effectively, support practice improvement, build positive working relationships and promote high standards that lead to better outcomes for adults.
