About the Role
The role of Ranger 3 Maintenance involves working outdoors undertaking a wide range of
grounds maintenance tasks, using a variety of tools and equipment, working alongside
colleagues, supporting volunteers, and dealing with the public.
The role sits in the Green Sefton Services Team based at our Cambridge Rd depot in
Waterloo / Seaforth as a main base but providing boroughwide support as required.
This is an exciting time to join the team and support the ongoing development of the
Land Management Teams operations.
Green Sefton provides our communities with a clean, green Borough including parks and
greenspaces, nature reserves, trees, and woodlands, play and recreational facilities,
municipal golf courses and our coast, beaches, and countryside, which include specially
protected sites and landscapes, benefitting the health and wellbeing of residents, visitors,
investors, and nature.

Salary range
- £25,583 - £25,989 per year
