Recovery Officer - Housing Rents

We have a role for an additional Recovery Officer to join the Housing Rents team. Working with the existing Recovery Officer and Housing Income Manager you will ensure that rent and services charges are collected on time, identifying tenants who are in arrears and making repayment arrangements. You will work with and refer tenants who are struggling to pay to the appropriate support agencies. Where necessary you will take legal action to tackle debts.
