Do you have experience and a passion for waste and recycling? If so, you may be the perfect candidate for this role.
We are looking to recruit a new Recycling Manager to support our day-to-day waste collection operations. You will be part of a team of four managers who ensure that our waste collections services meet the needs of our communities.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of waste management and a proven track record of motivating teams delivering day to day waste collection operations or another, customer focussed service.
We are going through an exciting period of expansion in our waste collection operations including the start of household food waste collections in April 2026 and we are looking for a motivated, determined individual to join our team and help us on our journey to increase our recycling rates across the borough.
