    About the Role

    Reflection Manager:

    Are you passionate about shaping positive behaviour and helping young people succeed? At Lift Unity City, we're looking for a driven Reflection Manager to lead our Reflection provision and make a real impact every single day.

    You'll be at the heart of our school community, guiding students to reflect, reset, and re-engage with learning. Working alongside senior leaders, teachers, and pastoral teams, you'll champion high standards, consistency, and a calm, focused environment where every student can thrive.

    What you'll do:

    • Lead and manage the school's Reflection provision
    • Support students to take responsibility and make positive choices
    • Promote high expectations and a culture of respect
    • Use data to track progress and drive improvement
    • Work collaboratively to ensure consistent behaviour systems

    What we're looking for:

    • GCSE Maths & English (Grade 4+)
    • Experience motivating young people and raising expectations
    • Experience of working within a school or working with children and teenagers
    • Confidence using data to inform decisions
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills
    • Resilience and patience

    Bonus if you have:

    • Degree, A levels or equivalent qualifications
    • Experience working in partnership with external agencies
    • Confidence with Google Workspace
