
Regional Service Charge Manager
You will lead the delivery of accurate, transparent and resident‑focused service charges across your region. Working closely with colleagues, residents and your team, you will ensure charges are compliant, clearly communicated and aligned with leases, legislation and best practice. This is a pivotal role with real influence over financial accuracy, resident satisfaction and long‑term sustainability.
You’ll be a confident specialist who brings clarity, fairness and expertise to service charge management. You care deeply about delivering a service residents trust and enjoy leading people, improving processes and driving meaningful outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll oversee service charge budgets, year‑end accounts and sinking funds, ensuring costs are correctly recovered and clearly explained. You will lead and develop a high‑performing team, strengthen collaboration across departments, and maintain strong relationships with residents. You’ll also represent the organisation on complex service charge matters and play a key role in ensuring consistent standards across all regions.
What You’ll Need
- Experience delivering fixed and variable service charges in housing or property
- Experience interpreting leases, tenancy agreements and contractual requirements
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of developing and supporting teams
- Experience of S18 – 30 Landlord & Tenant Act 1985, RICS Service Charge Residential Management Code and other best practice
- IRPM qualification (desirable)
- The flexibility to meet the needs of our residents, with occasional evening or weekend work when required.
This is a hybrid role working a minimum of 2 days a week at the Westminster Bridge Road office.
