
Rents and Service Charge Manager
Ealing Council have an exciting new opportunity as Rents and Service Charge Manager available on a full-time basis. You will work closely with the Council's finance and regeneration departments to calculate and set the annual rents and service charges for existing and new stock across the Council's residential and commercial portfolio.
As the Rents and Service Charge Manager, you will provide operational management and performance oversight of the Council's rent and service charge function, ensuring:
- Full compliance with the Regulator of Housing (RSH) Rent Standard
- Full compliance with the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 & 1987
- Delivery of a high-performing and customer-focused service
- Strong financial control and income maximisation within the HRA
The ideal Rents and Service Charge Manager will lead a multi-disciplinary team, embedding a culture of high performance, driving continuous improvement to ensure services are delivered in an efficient, compliant and resident-focused manner, and have the skills and experience detailed in the role profile.
