Our Vacancy

Your typical day could start with you contacting customers who have experienced failures in service and work with them to reach satisfactory resolution within our timeframes, before providing support to the Repair Delivery Support Team, assisting with incoming resident, contractor and staff queries relating to repairs.

As a Repairs Coordinator you’ll be an integral part of the newly formed Repairs team, working in a busy and responsive environment, requiring you to be adaptable and able to focus on several projects at any one time to proactively improve our repair service for our customers. You’ll own a variety of escalation cases including but not limited to complaints, decants, high risk damp and mould, liaising with our customers through to completion all while ensuring the provision of excellent customer service and experience to all stakeholders to maximise customer satisfaction.

You’re a customer-focused person who is passionate about driving improvements and offering a first-class service to our customers. You’ll enjoy taking ownership of your work, focusing on several projects at any one time and you’ll be committed to working as part of a team to improve efficiencies. You’ll need to be in the Pitsea office a minimum of two days per week.

Your role covers everything from owning and coordinating ad-hoc projects and investigating and reporting on numerous sources of data. If you're motivated by resolving problems, able to meet deadlines and targets, and have excellent attention to detail, we want to hear from you.

This is a 6-month fixed term contract covering maternity leave.

To be successful in this role, you’re:

  • experienced in working in a customer centre environment with a commitment to a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • experienced in dealing with a range of difficult problems and resolve these to the customer's satisfaction, exploring alternatives options to resolve the problem.
  • excellent attention to detail and ability to work on a variety of tasks simultaneously, moving from one task to another quickly
