    About the role

    • Lead on the operational development and performance of Repairs Services and support the stock investment function, including the effective management and delivery of all repairs and maintenance related contracts.
    • Support DOH in Strategic Development of service in line with regulatory requirements and continuous improvements.
    • Responsible for ensuring all relevant policies, procedures and working practices including strategies, procurement and contract management systems are compliant and deliver value for money and that ccha work in accordance with them.
    • Support active asset management in conjunction with the Asset Manager.
    • Contribute to the wider Management Team and the continued development of ccha. This will include acting as one of our Health and Safety Co-ordinators for designated areas of responsibility, and undertaking research on complex issues, translating strategies and policies into operating principles and recommending courses of action or changes to policies and procedures across the organisation.
    • Promote, develop, and manage effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve continuous improvement in the provision of services and provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers.
    • Work within the ccha’s policies at all times and in all aspects of service delivery and employment and ensure that ccha and its employees comply with all legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements along with best practice.

    What you’ll bring

    • Experience leading repairs, maintenance or asset management services within housing or property sectors
    • Strong contract management and budget monitoring skills
    • Knowledge of housing regulations, compliance and health and safety
    • Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities
    • A commitment to continuous improvement and customer service excellence

    Essential requirements

    • Right to work in the UK
    • Basic DBS check
    • Full UK driving licence
