Overall Job Purpose:

To respond to enquiries to our Reactive Repairs service from customers, both internal and external, through a variety of service delivery channels. Resolving enquires at first point of contact where possible and ensuring the highest standard of customer care are provided.

Day-to-day planning of the Arun In House repairs team (and subcontractors) to ensure all jobs are adequately allocated, attended, follow on works raised, jobs re-booked or closed as necessary daily. Ensuring all appointments booked are met on time with correct allocation, operative and materials required, and subsequent jobs booked with residents always updated to ensure a positive customer experience.
