What you’ll do:

  • Lead resident engagement for planned improvement works across our estates
  • Organise events, consultations, and surveys to ensure resident voices are heard
  • Champion social value and build strong relationships with local authorities and stakeholders
  • Be the first point of contact for residents, supporting them through decant and rehousing processes
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver shared goals and improve neighbourhoods

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in customer service and resident engagement
  • Strong communication and partnership-building skills
  • Knowledge of social housing, decanting, and rehousing principles
  • Ability to manage competing demands and work flexibly
  • A clean driving licence and access to a vehicle
