Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time – 35 hours per week
Salary: £35,951 per annum to £39,531 per annum (London weighted salary), dependant on experience. Plus ECU allowance if policy requirements are met.
Grade: 7
Reporting Office: Stratford, London, Lewisham, London or Morden Road, CR4 4DA
Agile Worker: 20% - 40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office/working location (hybrid working)

What the Role entails - As part of our growing team, we are seeking 2 compassionate, motivated experienced people to join our Resident Support Team.
The role is central to ensuring that our vulnerable residents receive high -quality person centred support that promotes, independence, dignity and wellbeing.
You will manage complex cases that require a high level of housing related support as well as advocate on behalf of our residents where required. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who is a customer-focused team player who places residents and their needs at the centre of everything they do.

Your impact in the role including your main duties:
- Provide day to day support to vulnerable residents, responding to their practical, emotional and social needs.
- Develop and maintain individual action plans in partnership and agreement with residents.
- Signpost residents to relevant internal /external services
- Safeguard residents and follow all safeguarding policies and procedures
- Build positive relationships with residents, colleagues and external partners
- Work well as part of the team bringing innovative ideas to the forefront
- Attend internal and external meetings on behalf of L&Q
- Willing to travel across London Boroughs and outside London where required
What you'll bring:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for co-ordinating multiple issues, working collaboratively with other colleagues and external stakeholders to get the best outcomes for residents, delivering a reliable, repeatable, and consistent services in line with policy and standard operating procedures.
Essential Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of legislation, regulation, and best practice in respect of vulnerability, safeguarding, property/housing management and mental health issues
- Experience working within a customer-focused environment and delivering joined up services.

- Ability to make decisions, resolve complex issues, influence others.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
