Salary: £30,455 per annum

Reporting Office: London, Stratford
Working Location: London
Persona: Agile Worker 20% - 40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office/working location (hybrid working)
Working Pattern: 8 to 4 or 9 to 5 Monday to Friday

Join our Roofing Team at L&Q:
We are looking for someone on a fixed term basis to join our Roofing team to coordinate our service.
You will be part of a team of Maintenance Coordinators working closely with the Roofers, contractors and other areas of Maintenance Services supporting the Operations Support Team Leader.
You will be responsible for the back-office administration supporting the Direct Maintenance service delivery in this essential support function.
This is an opportunity to work alongside a highly motivated team in a role delivering professional and great customer service on a daily basis. Your impact in the role:
You will use a variety of systems to organise, plan and process data, providing relevant and current information for the Team. Accurate data entry and reporting will also be crucial to the role. Daily Task will include: reviewing outstanding work orders to confirm their status.
Supporting roofing team with administrative tasks such as completing S20 and latent defect referrals, liaising with scaffold contractor and checking warranties. along with adhoc planning as and when required. Reviewing d365 cases for working at heights team, taking ownership for resolution within SLA and providing updates on complaints to complaint owners when required.
What you'll bring:
Good knowledge of Microsoft packages including D365
To be organised and have a strong administration skills
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication
Knowledge and experience within a similar role but not essential
Ability to deliver excellent Customer Service
Be able to work independently and strive to deliver the service, bring ideas and efficiencies to the tasks
