What will you be doing?
Role Specific Responsibilities
• Assist the Senior sales service officer in all sales matters on all transactions.
• Provide support to the Sales Services Officer across all aspects of the sales process.
• Support and assist in all sale transactions, ensuring that customers are updated and receiving excellent customer service.
• Ensure that all “offers” and/or “applicants” with regard to sales are managed in accordance with the approved Sales Processes.
• Manage all stakeholders dealing with the Shared Ownership and outright sales along with monitoring their performance during the sale process against agreed targets and budget.
• Ensure the correct procedure is followed for the selection of Shared Ownership, Re-Sale, RTA and RTB purchasers/applicants as required by funding, planning, HCA or other legislation including referencing, registration, affordability and allocation of properties.
• Undertake all administrative tasks for resales, staircasing and newbuilds as required, ensuring that all information is recorded, shared, and updated regularly on CRM and databases, with the relevant teams notified when required.
• Co-ordinate the arrangement of resale viewings and other third parties to support the sale transaction as required.
• Responsible for updating completions on CORE and GLA in line with regulatory requirements.
• Raise PO and goods receipt invoices on IPOS for all sales transactions
• Liaise with and support current residents in staircasing transactions and selling their homes.
• Reviewing and obtaining approval on sale transaction documents.
• Reporting back to buyers and, most importantly, managing buyers expectations
• Solve problems as they arise with the ability to adapt and continuously improve timescales
• To be the point of contact for purchasers, efficiently and diligently expedite and administer the sale process from reservation to completion.
• To record all updates regularly on all relevant spreadsheets and databases as required.
• To meet all necessary legal and regulatory requirements
• Diarise completions, exchanges, and surveys
• Notify relevant departments and external stakeholders of exchanges and completions as required
• Ensure that all enquiries are responded to within the specified timeframes and that enquiries are passed to the relevant teams.
• List new instructions on portals as required.
• To assist on sales viewings and reservations as required.

• This role requires the individual to travel to various sites across our housing stock and it is expected that an individual in this role has a full driving licence and access to a car with relevant insurance

• GCSE or equivalent education - Essential
