Sales Executive
We’re looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team and represent our brand across Outright Sales. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing sales leads, delivering excellent customer service, and achieving strong conversion rates—often securing 80% of sales off-plan. You’ll work closely with the sales progression and marketing teams to ensure a seamless buyer journey, from initial enquiry through to completion. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where your professionalism and passion for property will help shape the experience of our future residents.
What you’ll do
As a Sales Executive, you’ll manage the day-to-day running of the sales and marketing suite, ensuring show homes and promotional materials are always presentable and up to date. You’ll welcome visitors, arrange viewings, and match customers to suitable developments, qualifying them for eligibility and affordability. You’ll monitor sales activity, report on progress, and contribute to sales strategies that drive performance. You’ll also liaise with agents, solicitors and financial advisors, and support the progression of sales through to legal completion. Your role will be key in delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience and meeting ambitious sales targets.

- Proven experience in high value residential property sales
- Strong understanding of Outright Sales
- Excellent communication and selling skills, with the ability to manage high volumes of enquiries and sales.
- Highly organised and solution-focused, with strong reporting and CRM system experience.
- Be able to provide input into sales strategies, devise strong, customer-focused solutions that overcome barriers to sale and enhance the buyer experience in line with the Peabody brand
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends, with flexibility to travel across London and surrounding areas.
