Stainton Court provides supported living services that enable people to live independently and feel valued and included within their community.
What We Are Looking For
- Leadership Excellence: Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, empower, and motivate your team to achieve their best.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, delivering high-quality health or social care to adults with learning disabilities.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills to build respectful and positive relationships with a wide range of individuals.
As a Scheme Manager, you will:
- Lead and collaborate with a committed team, offering guidance and compassionate support to individuals with learning disabilities.
- Oversee the service rota, ensuring consistent cover for all shifts, including weekends when required.
- Manage recruitment and induction of new staff, fostering an inclusive and supportive working environment where everyone feels valued.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a supported living environment
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.
- Local area knowledge a bonus

- £26,442 per annum for a 30-hour week contract.
- 33 days annual leave per year (including bank holidays), rising to 35 days with service. (Pro Rata)
