We are seeking an experienced and highly credible educational leader with a strong background in school improvement, SEND and inclusion. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant difference to the lives of children and young people by working alongside school leaders, governors and partners to improve educational outcomes and strengthen provision across Lancashire.

You will contribute to the Local Authority's statutory responsibilities for school improvement and play a key role in supporting Lancashire's ambitions for inclusion and SEND.
