
School Business Assistant
The Governors are seeking to appoint an experienced, professional and dynamic School Business Assistant to join their team.
The successful candidate must have;
- an approachable, calm demeanor
- a very high standard of communication skills
- be hardworking and flexible, and able to use their initiative
- the ability to develop good relationships with children and adults
- a commitment to Safeguarding
The successful candidate will be required to provide a high-quality administrative service that includes tasks such as handling telephone and face to face queries, monitoring visitors to and from site, typing and word processing, entering and monitoring attendance as per the attendance policy and producing dinner numbers in the mornings, working alongside the catering team.
Hours of work:
Mon-Weds 8.35am – 2.15pm
Thurs-Fri 8.30am – 3.30pm

Salary range
- £18,943.56 - £19,242.96 per year
