    Every great school needs someone who makes things happen.

    As School Operations Manager at Lift Bexleyheath, you'll be the operational leader who keeps the school running smoothly, safely and efficiently. From finance and fcilities to compliance, administration and health & safety, you'll bring together multiple functions and ensure everything works seamlessly behind the scenes so our teachers can focus on teaching and our students can focus on learning.

    This isn't a role spent sitting behind a desk.

    You'll be visible across the school, solving problems, leading teams, working with contractors, supporting staff and building strong relationships with colleagues across the Trust. No two days will be the same.

    What you'll be responsible for:

    • Leading the school's administration and operational teams
    • Driving high standards of compliance, health & safety and data protection
    • Overseeing facilities, catering, cleaning and IT services
    • Supporting procurement, finance and budget administration
    • Coordinating staffing cover and key people processes
    • Managing lettings, transport, communications and operational logistics
    • Acting as the key link between the school and central support teams

    Simply put, you'll be the person who spots issues, finds solutions and gets things done.

    Salary range

    • £49,056 - £51,138 per year
