G3: £13.69 - £13.91 per hour.

Casual Contract.

Walsall Arena and Arts Centre is seeking reliable, professional and customer-focused Security Assistants to join our team. The successful candidates will play a key role in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for audiences, performers and staff.

Working as part of the Operations Team you will be provide a security presence throughout the venue; monitor public entrances, exits and restricted areas; conduct routine security checks and assist with crowd management at events and performances.

We are looking for someone who has:

• excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• can remain calm and professional under pressure;
• can work independently and as part of a team;
• has a strong focus on customer service and public safety.
  

A valid SIA door supervisor licence is required and experience working in a security or customer service environment.
