    Are you an outstanding teacher with special needs experience? Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young people with severe and complex learning difficulties? If so, we want you to join our team at Pioneer School!

    We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed SEN Class Teacher to join us from September 2025. You will be responsible for delivering a broad and balanced curriculum, facilitating a positive learning environment, and inspiring our students to achieve their full potential.

    You're someone who is:

    • Passionate about special needs education and has a proven track record of success.
    • Able to motivate and inspire pupils of all abilities.
    • Dedicated to meeting the individual needs of all students.
    • A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
    • A team player who is also able to work independently.

    You're someone who has:

    • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
    • Experience working with students with severe and complex learning difficulties.
    • A secure knowledge of the SEND curriculum and assessment requirements.
