Main Pay Range 1 - 6 / £32,916 - £45,351 per annum
Upper Pay Range 1 - 3 / £47,472 - £51,047 per annum
Plus, Special Needs Allowance £2,787 per annum

Bluebell Park is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN teacher to join our supportive and forward-thinking team.
About Us:
At Bluebell Park we pride ourselves on providing a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child is supported to reach their full potential. Our specialist school caters to pupils with a range of needs including ASC, PMLD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health needs.
The Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic SEN Teacher who can:
- Plan, deliver and assess tailored lessons to meet the diverse needs of pupils with SEN.
- Create a safe, stimulating and supportive learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, parents, and external agencies.
- Develop and implement Personal Learning Goals (PLGs).
- Monitor pupil progress and adapt strategies as necessary.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience working with children with SEN (school-based or other relevant settings).
- Strong behaviour management and differentiation skills.
- A patient, empathetic and resilient approach to teaching.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
