Salary: £18,345
Contract Type: Term Time Only
Working Pattern: Monday-Friday. 8.30am-3.30pm
Location: Chichester
Interviews: Monday 19th October 2026
What You Need to Succeed
The successful candidate will:
- Work alongside children with Special Educational Needs, both in small groups and on a 1:1 basis.
- Be calm, resilient, and nurturing when supporting pupils with complex needs.
- Be punctual, reliable, and highly committed.
- Have a passion for Early Years education.
- Be able to work effectively as part of a supportive team.
- Support pupils with healthcare needs and assist with personal care and intimate needs, in line with the pupil’s individual healthcare plan and following appropriate training.
- Be committed to the school and contribute positively to all aspects of school life.
