Scale: Grade 1/2 Point 2-5
Hours: 32.5 hours per week / 38 weeks per year
Salary: Pro rata salary of £21,352 - £22,271 p.a. (FTE £28,221 - £29,436 p.a.)
Contract: Permanent

We are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join our enthusiastic and hardworking team. The role will predominately involve working as a 1:1 teaching assistant supporting SEND pupils with interventions as well as small group work and whole class participation.
Whilst you will be expected to work under the direction of the class teacher you will also have the ability to use your own initiative to organise tasks and activities; creating simple resources to support the pupil’s work as appropriate. You will work closely with the class teacher and the School’s SENCO as well as working in partnership with external contacts and parents to support learning and development.
