An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Manager within the Special Educational Needs (SEN) service in London Borough of Tower Hamlets. The SEN service is responsible for carrying out Education Health & Care (EHC) needs assessments, writing, issuing and maintaining EHC plans and coordinating the educational placement of children and young people with SEND.

The successful applicant will be passionate and driven. They will be an experienced SEN manager, with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a diverse community. As Team Manager, the successful applicant will be required to lead a dynamic and diligent SEN Statutory EHCP Co-ordinator team, support the SENAR Service Manager to deliver key priorities and work collaboratively with schools and key partners in and out of Tower Hamlets to ensure the best outcomes for children with special education needs and disabilities.
