We are looking to appoint a highly motivated Teaching Assistant to support children with EHCPs in various positions across the Junior School. The successful candidate will be required to deliver high quality support and interventions and, depending on experience, to cover and lead class teaching as and when appropriate.

We have a dedicated team of experienced Teaching Assistants led by our Team Leader. We have high expectations of our children with SEND and work in partnership with families to ensure they achieve their very best.
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
- GCSE English and Maths (grade 4 or above) or equivalent
- Experience of working as a Teaching Assistant
- Able to work effectively independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and organisation skills
- Caring and inclusive attitude towards pupils, parents and staff
- A high standard of literacy and numeracy
- ICT skills to manage the requirements of the post with confidence
- Have good practical skills and an attention to detail
- Are willing to take part in training and personal development
