We are recruiting for a SENDCo (Maternity Cover)
Required to start September 2026
Salary: Grade Teachers Pay Scales Mainscale/UPS + SEN Allowance £2,787 (25/26 payaward)
6.5 hours (0.2 proportion), 1 day per week, Fixed Term

St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School, Droitwich are seeking to appoint a dedicated and experienced SENDCo to lead and further strengthen provisions for pupils with special educational needs, on a fixed term basis, to cover a maternity leave. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every child is known, valued, supported to flourish, regardless of need or background. You will work closely with the Principal, school leaders, staff, families and external professionals to ensure that statutory responsibilities are met and that inclusive practice is consistently strong within the school.
