    Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for transformation and improving lives? Join Newham’s Homelessness Response Programme as a Senior Business Analyst, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering complex, high-impact projects that make a real difference to our residents.

    Working within our Transformation Delivery Team, you’ll lead service and system redesigns, drive innovation, and collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Your work will directly support the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective services that improve outcomes for vulnerable individuals and communities.

    What you’ll do:

    • Lead business analysis across complex transformation projects.
    • Redesign services and customer journeys to improve resident experience.
    • Collaborate with senior leaders, delivery teams, and partners to co-design solutions.
    • Use data and insight to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
    • Deliver change at pace through agile, sprint-based approaches.

    What we’re looking for:

    • Proven experience in business analysis within complex public sector environments.
    • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
    • A passion for service improvement and social impact.
    • Experience working in transformation programmes and multi-agency settings.
