
Senior Business Assistant – Marketing & Publicity
We are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual to the position of Senior Business Assistant – Marketing & Publicity.

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and delivering effective marketing and communication strategies, ensuring our school’s achievements and values are promoted across multiple platforms. You will join a professional, diligent, and efficient team, providing business support across a range of service areas.
We are looking for someone with proven experience in marketing, communications, or public relations, combined with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. You should have strong business administration experience, advanced IT proficiency (including Microsoft Office and social media), and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Key strengths include prioritising tasks, meeting deadlines, driving improvement, engaging with stakeholders, and using creativity to enhance our school’s profile.
The role involves direct communication with pupils, parents, staff, and other internal and external stakeholders. The post holder must demonstrate excellent customer care and adopt a flexible, positive approach to all aspects of the work.
Flexible Working Options: Choose 16 hours a week (4hrs a day for 4 days) or 30 hours per week, mutually agreed across the week to suit the needs of the school and your schedule.
