    About the role

    Our Senior Change Delivery Consultant roles are intentionally designed to be multi-disciplinary, offering both flexibility and opportunities for growth.

    As a Senior Change Delivery Consultant, you will:

    • Lead large-scale, complex projects and programmes through the full delivery lifecycle
    • Provide line management, coaching, and mentoring to Change Delivery Consultants and Analysts
    • Leverage strong interpersonal and analytical skills to drive successful outcomes
    • Shape and evolve our methodologies (e.g. project management, business analysis and change management), incorporating best practices and lessons learned, championing these across the organisation through training, coaching, and mentoring opportunities.

    You will be part of the PMO & Change Delivery Management Team and part of the wider Service of Policy, Change and Customer Service.

    About you

    We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate individual to join our Change Delivery Team, someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is driven to make a real difference in public service.

    Key experience and skills we are looking for from the candidate:

    • Proven experience in programme and project management, with a track record of successful delivery
    • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to support and develop team members effectively
    • A collaborative mindset and the ability to think strategically
    • A genuine passion for delivering meaningful change within a public sector context
    • Experience in managing complex stakeholders across multiple organisations, with the ability to influence at senior levels
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Working knowledge in one or more of the following areas: business analysis, business change, user-centred design or procurement project management

    Interview Date: Week commencing 14th July 2025 (likely 16th & 17th July 2025)

    Interview Process: As part of the interview process, candidates will be asked to prepare a task in advance and present it to the panel. This presentation will allow you to demonstrate your approach, thinking, and communication skills in a practical context. Following the presentation, the remainder of the interview will follow a standard question and answer format, focusing on your experience, skills and suitability for the role.
