Overall Job Purpose:
The Property and Estates service holds responsibility for managing and maintaining the whole of the Councils General Fund property portfolio, which stands in excess of 1000 assets.
Our Senior Estates Surveyors form part of our multidisciplinary team carrying out estate management duties across our portfolio, advising and acting on commercial landlord and tenant matters. The successful candidate will ensure that the Councils estate is continually managed to the highest standard, while advising on complex land management and development considerations.
