As Senior Intermediary Marketing Manager you will have overall responsibility for the developing and planning of all financial adviser marketing and communications activity for NS&I, to encourage their advocacy and ultimately help towards meeting NS&I’s core remit of raising cost-effective financing for HM Treasury.

Work alongside the Head of Intermediary Relationships in managing NS&I’s relationship with the financial advice market, ensuring that NS&I offer to this audience is understood, promoted and trusted.

Be a subject matter expert (SME) on Financial Adviser service needs in order to support the planned migrations in the NS&I Transformation Programme and in day-to-day service development initiatives

Person specification

Essential experience

  • Experience of working in a financial marketing role, with substantial experience in marketing communications for companies within the financial services sector
  • Experience of managing third party B2B relationships
  • Experience at creating communications that are targeted at a senior and professional B2B audience
  • Relevant experience of a regulatory environment

Qualifications

  • Degree or other relevant qualification, in either marketing or financial services

Essential skills

  • Communication and presentation skills

Essential technical knowledge

  • Digital Marketing campaign strategy and planning
  • Event exhibiting
  • Knowledge of how financial advisers work, and their motivations, to enable the crafting of marketing communications copy that is pitched at the right level

Only those that meet the minimum acceptable score for this criteria will qualify for the full sift and be considered for interview.

If shortlisted, you will be invited to attend a 1 hour panel interview via video call.

As part of this interview you will be asked to make a 10 minute presentation aimed at demonstrating your Communication and presentation skills

Interviews will take place on 4,5,6 February 2026.

This role is scheduled to begin on 23 March 2026. Please ensure you are available to start from this date.
